Managing Your Account

The settings area in the left sidebar gives you access to your connection details, portal information, and account management options.

When you select a connection in the left sidebar, the expanded panel shows your portal details:

  • Portal URL — your HubSpot portal address, displayed in a green info box
  • Connection status — a green indicator showing “Connected” when the portal is linked
  • Schemas — the number of CRM property schemas fetched from your portal

Your CRM schemas tell the AI agent about your contact fields, deal properties, custom objects, and other data structures. If you add or change properties in HubSpot, you should refresh schemas so the agent has up-to-date information.

  1. Select a connection in the left sidebar
  2. In the portal info panel, click Refresh Schemas
  3. Palpaca re-fetches all CRM property schemas from your HubSpot portal
  4. The timestamp below the button updates to show when schemas were last refreshed (for example, “2m ago”)

If you have multiple HubSpot portals connected, the left sidebar’s icon rail shows a button for each connection. Click a connection button to switch to that portal. The dashboard updates to show projects and data for the selected connection.

Each connection is labeled with an abbreviation for quick identification.

Click the + button in the left sidebar’s icon rail to start the connection flow for a new HubSpot portal. This walks you through the same 7-step onboarding process described in Adding a New Connection.

Click the gear icon pinned at the bottom of the left sidebar’s icon rail. The settings panel shows your current plan, including the number of credits included and your active function limit. From settings, you can navigate to:

  • Billing Information — company details for invoicing
  • Payment Methods — manage saved payment cards

To log out of Palpaca, use the account options available in the settings area. Logging out does not disconnect your HubSpot portals — your connections and projects remain intact for the next time you sign in.
